Biggest Loser Finale 2009,The Biggest Loser: Second Chances is ending. During the December 1, 2009 episode, which could see the four remaining contestants home. During the past 60 days, Danny Cahill, Rudy Pauls, Liz Young and Amanda Arlauskas have continued their weight loss journey, surrounded by family and friends.

Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels made a surprise visit to his proteges and have also learned that the group would run a marathon 26.2 miles when they returned to campus before the Biggest Loser weigh-in. The four contestants finished the race, winning a $ 10,000 check for his favorite charity.

The last weighing before the end proved that Danny, 39, lost an astonishing 59 pounds during his stay in the country – almost a pound a day. This makes his weight to 229 pounds. His 201 pounds weight loss makes it the fourth contestant to break that barrier.

Rudy, 31, who admitted it was difficult to find training time, lost a respectable 43 pounds, take your total weight loss to 189 pounds. It weighs 253 pounds today.

Liz and Amanda each dropped 16 pounds during his time at home. Liz has lost 85 lbs and 80 lbs Amanda. Amanda now weighs 170 pounds and Liz, the oldest contestant to reach the Final Four, is currently at 182.
